Insurances

There are two ways to ensure we are in network for your insurance:

Log in on your insurance website using your credentials. The website will associate your login with providers that are in network or offer a way to check which dental providers are in network for your plan. If we are listed, please call the office verifying that there have not been any changes that are not reflected on the insurance website.

Provide the office with all your insurance information and we will to the research for you.

Payment Policies

We accept major credit cards and Care Credit.

Payment/Copay is due on day of service.
